What is the Implementation Process?

The Implementation Process at Roofr is the onboarding experience that begins once your subscription is activated. Its goal is to help you get your account set up properly and ensure your team knows how to use Roofr effectively in your day-to-day operations.

1. Account Setup Our team helps configure your Roofr account based on the information you provide. This includes setting up your tools, some integrations, and other backend configurations so your account is ready to use.

2. Training/Onboarding Once your setup is ready, our product specialists will guide you through your Roofr tools. You'll learn how to use key features, understand best practices, and see how Roofr fits into your daily workflows.

Together, these steps ensure your team is set up for success and ready to start using Roofr efficiently.

What should I expect during the Implementation Process?

Once you subscribe to Roofr, the implementation process will guide you through setting up your account and learning how to use the platform effectively. Here’s what to expect:

1. Start Learning Right Away We recommend beginning with our Education Sessions and Roofr Academy courses.

2. Receive Your Welcome Email The owner of the Roofr subscription will receive an email titled “Welcome to your Roofr subscription plan! 🎉”. This email includes a link to the Kickoff Account Setup Form.

3. Complete the Kickoff Form In this form, we ask for information about your business and the tools you want to set up in Roofr.

4. Our Team Prepares Your Account Once the form is submitted, our team will begin setting up your Roofr tools based on the information you provided.

5. Book Your Onboarding Call After submitting the form, you will be able to schedule an onboarding call with one of our Implementation Specialists.

How long does the Implementation Process take?

The implementation process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly the required information is submitted. Here’s a general timeline:

1. Account Setup (~5 business days) Once you submit your Account Setup Form, our Account Setup team will begin building your tools.

2. Onboarding & Training (usually within 7 business days of submitting the form)

3. Optimization (first few weeks of use) As you begin using Roofr, you may test your workflows and request adjustments. Our Account Setup team is always available to support changes and tweaks to help ensure the platform fits your business processes.

Can I start using Roofr before my implementation is fully complete?

Absolutely! In fact, we highly recommend it.

You can start using many of Roofr’s tools as soon as your account is active.

Is Implementation mandatory?

No, implementation is not mandatory. You are welcome to explore and set up Roofr’s tools on your own if you prefer.

What happens after I submit the Account Setup Form?

Once your form is submitted, our Account Setup Team will review the information and begin preparing your Roofr tools. During this time:
